In-Depth Investigation of Emergency Diesel Generators and Fire Protection in Myanmar Thaketa Project

In order to deepen the autumn safety inspection and safety production "Thunder Action", and comprehensively strengthen the pre holiday safety production defense line, on September 29th, the operation and maintenance project department of  Myanmar Thaketa Project, jointly conducted a special safety inspection of the emergency diesel generator and fire protection system of the entire power plant with the owners.
This inspection adopts the "four no's and two straight" mode, focusing on the "practical ability" and "reliability performance" of the emergency diesel generator and fire protection system of the unit. In the emergency diesel generator system inspection, the inspection team checks the starting logic, fuel reserve, battery capacity, and cooling system status of the unit's emergency diesel generator one by one, simulates the emergency scenario of "power grid loss" on site, and tests and inspects the operation of the unit's diesel generator; At the same time, we will focus on investigating the sealing of oil pipelines and fire prevention measures for smoke exhaust systems. For any problems found, we will issue a rectification notice on the spot, requiring immediate rectification.
The inspection of the fire protection system revolves around "full coverage and strong linkage". The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the linkage operation of the automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system, fire stabilizing pump, electric pump, and diesel pump, comprehensively checked the spare parts in each fire pipeline and fire box, and submitted filling applications for fire extinguishers with pressure failure, ensuring that the on-site fire protection facilities are always in a "state of readiness".
Next, the project department will form a closed-loop management ledger of "problem list rectification notification acceptance standards" for each problem found during the inspection, establish a "weekly inspection and monthly joint debugging" mechanism for emergency equipment, effectively eliminate safety hazards in their infancy, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit during the "double festival" period with a "foolproof" preparation.
