On July 2, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project received ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certificates, marking the project’s successful completion of this year’s ISO international standard management system certification.
The certification was conducted by the local Pakistani certification body Resource Inspections Canada Incorporated. The expert team carried out a comprehensive and detailed audit of the project’s management system through document reviews, on-site observations, and employee interviews, with a particular focus on evaluating the standardization practices in quality control, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. The experts highly commended the project’s innovative measures and their effective implementation, such as the application of digital quality management tools, optimization of waste recycling processes, and the establishment of a safety skills training system for local employees. They unanimously agreed that the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project operates its management system in a standardized and effective manner, fully complying with international standards.
The successful certification not only recognizes the project’s achievements in annual management but also further solidifies its professional reputation in Pakistan. Moving forward, the project will use this audit as a new starting point to continuously deepen the construction of its management system, optimize operation and maintenance standards, and integrate green, low-carbon concepts and employee well-being into daily operation and maintenance activities while ensuring the power plant’s efficient operation. This effort will drive the company’s overseas business to new heights of high-quality development.
