In response to the company’s localization strategy and to implement the annual talent development plan, the Saudi Arabia Ras Al Khair O&M Project launched a two-week special training program on electrical theory and practical operations for international staff on June 14.
The two-week training covered multiple aspects, including basic electrical theory, electrical equipment operation, electrical safety standards, and common troubleshooting methods. It adopted a "theory + hands-on practice" approach to ensure that international staff not only understood electrical principles but also mastered practical operational skills. During the theoretical session, instructors used vivid case studies and interactive Q&A to explain the working principles of electrical switches, circuit connection methods, and troubleshooting techniques in an easy-to-understand manner. In the practical session, international staff conducted hands-on exercises in groups under the guidance of instructors. By combining theory with practice, the training deepened participants’ understanding and mastery of electrical equipment operation and troubleshooting methods, further enhancing their professional skills and practical capabilities.
This training is a key part of the project’s talent development plan and a concrete action to advance the localization strategy. Moving forward, the project will conduct comprehensive and multi-level evaluations of the training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting strategies promptly to ensure the training achieves its goals. This effort will help solidify the company’s foreign talent strategy and provide strong support for the high-quality development of its overseas business.
