To ensure the safe and stable operation of the project’s generating units and strengthen the safety production defense line, on May 26, Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW Combined Heat and Power Operation and Maintenance Project organized a special inspection team to carry out a thorough and comprehensive safety hazard inspection of the chemical water treatment workshop.

As a core unit of the power plant's safe operation, the chemical water treatment workshop is responsible for supplying qualified chemical water to the generating units. The project attaches great importance to this inspection. Led by the workshop supervisor, a specialized inspection team was formed, bringing together technical backbones and safety management personnel. The team conducted in-depth inspections of the production front line, equipment operation areas, and work sites, thoroughly examining key areas such as the water treatment system, water-steam sampling system, hazardous chemicals storage, and fire protection facilities. During the inspection, technicians strictly followed the company’s safety regulations and equipment maintenance standards, checking equipment operation parameters, inspection records, and safety protection measures item by item. Any identified hazards were recorded on-site, categorized, and archived. A rectification schedule and accountability list were developed to ensure that all issues are addressed and closed in a timely and thorough manner.

This special inspection initiative has strengthened the safety responsibility awareness among project staff and further improved the workshop’s safety management standards. Moving forward, the project will continue to refine the long-term mechanism for hazard identification and risk control, regularly carry out cross-inspections and personnel skills training, and effectively enhance the overall safety management of the project. Through normalized management practices, the safe operation of the chemical water system will be ensured, providing strong support for the project’s peak summer operation.
