On April 29, Liu Xueting, Deputy Leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team and First-Level Inspector of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, Ding Wenhua, Deputy Director of the Evaluation Division of the Shandong Provincial Employment and Talent Center, and Si Yu, Section Chief, along with relevant leaders from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus of Qingdao City and Laoshan District, visited the Company to conduct an inspection and exchange on vocational skill level certification and case-based reform. Peng Hong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, and other company leaders accompanied the visit.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Company provided the inspection team with a detailed report on its independent evaluation of skilled personnel, including the evaluation of foreign talent. The company also actively engaged in discussions with the team, demonstrating its solid achievements in talent development. Following the briefing, the inspection team reviewed the company’s complete archives related to vocational skill certification over the past three years, including teaching materials and test bank development. They also exchanged insights and experiences with the team based on the inspection content. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Company—recognized as the only “Model Enterprise for Vocational Skill Certification” in Laoshan District, Qingdao—successfully passed the inspection and acceptance, thanks to its outstanding talent evaluation system and standardized management practices.
Successfully passing this inspection not only marks an important milestone for the Company in setting a benchmark for independent vocational skill evaluation, but also signifies a new level in the company’s talent development and independent innovation capabilities.
