As of 4:00 a.m. local time on November 10, 2024, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project's cumulative annual power supplied to the grid reached 6.897 billion kWh, completing the 2024 power generation target 51 days ahead of schedule.
In 2024, all employees of the Pakistan Haveli Project worked in unity and close coordination, following the strategy of "risk mitigation, contract fulfillment, strengthened management, and improved quality and efficiency". They proactively organized technical innovations, utilizing planned downtime to complete tasks such as cleaning and replacing gas turbine intake filters and flushing the condenser water side, effectively boosting the output of the steam turbine and other equipment to ensure optimal performance. During operations, the project team closely collaborated with GE, adhering to company regulations and continuously optimizing equipment operation. They identified and resolved multiple defects in the gas turbine and other equipment, providing strong support for the safe and efficient operation of the units. As a result, they completed the 2024 power generation target 51 days ahead of schedule, laying a strong foundation for the major overhaul planned for 2025.
Next, the project team will coordinate the preliminary preparations for the 2025 overhaul, continue to strengthen internal operations management, enhance compliance and operational standards, and focus on unit maintenance and repairs. This will ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the project units, supporting high-quality and efficient project delivery.
