2025-03-19
To implement the company’s "Management Innovation Year" initiatives and enhance the comprehensive capabilities of project management personnel, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant project operations, the Company officially inaugurated its first 2025 Shift Supervisor and Commissioning Manager training program on the morning of March 18. Attending the opening ceremony were Wang Jian, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the Company, Deputy General Manager Ma Yongfeng, heads of relevant departments, and 30 trainees.
Wang Jian, in light of the current situation faced by the Company and the objectives of this training program, emphasized the importance of strengthening the production management capabilities of core personnel such as Shift Supervisors and Commissioning Managers. This is crucial for the effective implementation of the company’s "Management Innovation Year" initiatives. He also put forward the following requirements for all participants:
Firstly, participants should adopt a holistic perspective, deeply recognizing the significance of this training and striving to transform management capabilities from "experience-based" to "professional", and from "execution-focused" to "innovation-driven".
Secondly, they should practice what they learn. On one hand, participants should act as "students", embracing a "back-to-basics" mindset to fully engage in learning. On the other hand, they should serve as a "bridge", integrating knowledge with practice to drive the application of learning outcomes. This includes sharing knowledge to their respective projects, with the goal of "building a stronger team and enhancing overall efficiency".
Thirdly, participants must comply with rules and discipline, properly balancing training and daily work responsibilities, as well as the relationship between theoretical learning and practical application. They should translate their learning into actionable strategies, measures for improving work, and tangible results in solving challenges and driving the company’s development.
The training program focuses on enhancing production managers' awareness of systems and processes, standard execution and risk control, specialized skill development, and the use of tools and methodologies. It also includes Party course studies, integrity education, corporate culture, financial management for non-financial managers, human resources management for non-HR managers, and innovative thinking and management. The program incorporates specialized workshops, benchmark learning, case studies, experience sharing, and hands-on practice sessions. These efforts aim to continuously improve the comprehensive capabilities of the production management team, providing strong talent support for the company’s high-quality development.
