Company's Guangdong Zhanjiang Commissioning Project Unit 1 Boiler Blowing Successfully Completed

At 16:28 on March 5, Company's Guangdong Zhanjiang Commissioning Project successfully completed the boiler blowing of Unit 1, marking the achievement of another key project milestone.

 

To ensure the smooth execution of the boiler blowing operation, Company's on-site commissioning team actively responded to the company's and the owner's call for work resumption after the Spring Festival. The team meticulously planned and systematically implemented a dedicated work plan, held multiple special meetings to thoroughly review the necessary work conditions, clarified procedural steps and specific requirements, and made comprehensive preparations ahead of the boiler blowing operation.

 

During the boiler blowing process, the commissioning team adhered to the work approach of “Risk Mitigation, Performance Assurance, Enhanced Management, and Quality & Efficiency Improvement”, strictly implementing safety measures and closely monitoring all indicators. In collaboration with participating contractors, the team conducted inspections and defect rectifications in key system areas, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of the blowing operation. With the concerted efforts of all parties, Boiler 1 achieved target shooting qualification in two consecutive attempts at the 124th and 125th blows. All indicators met the required standards, successfully passing acceptance by the owner, supervisor, and turbine manufacturer, laying a solid foundation for the unit's full start-up.

 

Next, the project team will continue to uphold the principle of "High Standards, Strict Requirements, Detail Orientation, and Pragmatic Implementation", diligently carrying out quality inspections before the unit's full start-up. The team will make every effort to advance the full trial operation of Unit 1, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
