To further enhance the professional skills and competence of personnel and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the units, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized skill training for all staff from February 2 to 24.

 

The training adopted a theory + practice + drill” integrated approach, divided into two stages. The first stage focused on strengthening theoretical foundations, with an emphasis on core specialties related to the 350MW coal-fired units. For the boiler specialization, the training covered the operational characteristics of the DC boiler, steam-water system processes, key points for wind and smoke system control, pulverizing system operation principles, and maintenance knowledge for critical equipment. For the turbine specialization, the training focused on the system processes, high and low-pressure steam systems, bypass system adjustments, and hydrogen system management. The electrical specialization focused on equipment maintenance and key control points of the generator excitation system. The second stage involved on-site practice. Participants visited the turbine building, boiler area, and other frontline production sites, where they gained hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the structure, principles, and operating characteristics of key equipment. For key equipment, the project used a lecture-demonstration-hands-on-feedback closed-loop approach, incorporating case-based teaching and interactive discussions. A strict assessment system was also implemented, significantly enhancing the participants' professional skills, overall competence, and emergency response capabilities.

 

Next, the project will continue to optimize the training mechanism, effectively enhancing employees' overall quality and professional capabilities. It aims to strengthen the O&M professional talent pool, providing strong talent support for the safe and efficient operation of the project.
