Company officially took over the operation of the auxiliary control system of the CR Xuzhou project

On January 8, the operation team of the Company and Xuzhou China Resources Power Co., Ltd. successfully completed the handover and officially took over the operation of the auxiliary control system of the CR Xuzhou project.
CR Xuzhou project is located in the territory of Liuxin Town, Huaihai International Harbor District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, with a total installed capacity of 3280MW and the site is close to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Taoyuan River. The first phase of 2×320MW domestic sub-critical coal-fired units was put into operation in September 1996 and May 1997, the second phase of 2×320MW domestic sub-critical coal-fired units was put into operation in June and September 2004, and the third phase of 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units was put into operation in June and July 2010 respectively. the company was contracted to provide operation services for the auxiliary control system of the project, including ash removal and desulfurization system, chemical system, etc. This project is the first cooperation project between the company and power plants under China Resources Power, which is of great significance for the subsequent deepening of cooperation between the two sides and the deepening of the market of large customers.
When the project handover was prepared, it coincided with the season of heating and power supply, six units were in full operation, so the handover work faced multiple difficulties such as short time, tight staff and heavy tasks. Only when it is difficult, it shows the courage and perseverance. The operation team always kept the concept of "site is market", fully developed the work style of "Initiative, Responsibility and Persistence", and with the strong support of the company, carefully prepared and organized, and made every effort to overcome every challenge, smoothly took over the project work at the beginning of the New Year 2023, showing to the owner excellent work style and excellent performance ability.

Next, the company will organize the project operation team, closely cooperate with Xuzhou China Resources Power Co., Ltd, strictly implement the production management system, strengthen personnel training, optimize the management mechanism, stabilize personnel, stabilize production, and do a good job in project operation services.
