The general election work of HTG Tower trade union confederation is finished

On the afternoon of March 1, the second session of membership representative conference of HTG Tower trade union confederation was successfully convened. Mr. Lin Yongguang, and Ms. Zhao Chao, from Laoshan District Federation of Trade Unions, and 60 memberships from the subsidiaries attended the meeting. Ms. Sun Xuemei, Administration Department Manager of the Company, presided over the meeting.
The attendees listened to the work report and voted to elect the second trade union committee members, the chairman, fund review committee members, and the director, and the newly elected members recommended the second women workers committee.
Mr. Peng Hong, the newly-elected chairman made a speech that she will strengthen self-construction, continuously improve her own political quality and professional level, innovate working mechanisms, and promote the in-depth development of trade union work; exercise the rights of the union, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, put the interests of employees first, and serve the employees wholeheartedly; strengthen communication and exchanges, and listen to employees’ opinions and suggestions.
Finally, Mr. Lin made a speech and said that the trade union should protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, especially in the work of female workers, the signing of collective contracts and the safety of production, and actively serve the workers and be their family; The second is to improve the service capacity and level of trade union organizations and increase the efforts to send warmth; Third, strengthen the construction of positions, enrich the staff’s spare time life through sports activities, and do a good job in team building. After the meeting, Mr. Lin and his delegation visited the company’s corporate culture showroom and the staff’s home, and expressed affirmation and praise for the company’s business development and the work of the trade union.
On March 13, HTG Tower trade union confederation received the reply from Laoshan District Federation of Trade Unions, which means that the general election work is finished.
Next, the trade union will continue to perform various functions, earnestly carry out various activities, fully mobilize and give play to the enthusiasm of the employees, safeguard the legitimate interests of the employees, and build the trade union into a real Employees’ Home.
