The 2023 cadre training class of the Company commenced

At 9:00 on May 16, the 2023 cadre training class of the Company was opened in the A-12 training centre. Mr. Peng Hong, the secretary of the Company Party Committee and the vice president, Mr. Li Shanggang, the deputy secretary of the Party committee and the secretary of the discipline inspection commission, the department managers in Qingdao and 37 trainees attended the class opening ceremony.

Mr. Peng talked about the company development and talent team building of the recent 10 years, emphasized the importance and necessary of the class, and made the following requirements.

Firstly, never forget the original intention, strengthen basic learning, effectively improve the effectiveness of management work, and grow into a composite cadre who understands management, operation and technology.

The second is to learn the experience from others to make progress together, and transform the learning results into work results.

The third is to establish the management concept of "lean" and adhere to the bottom line.

The training class is an important part of implementing the company’s "one increase, one stability, and four improvements" requirements and accelerating talent team building. It is also an important measure to promote the company’s strategic, and an important measure to deeply promote the "TNP-COM" management model, strengthen the ideological and organizational construction of the cadre team.

The training is planned to last for 10 days, including safety management, commissioning management, human resource management, business compliance management, business risk control, financial management, and other content. During this period, Mr. Peng and Mr. Li will respectively give themed education on the Party and anti-corruption.
