On the afternoon of June 9, Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project organized the "Safety Production Month" accident emergency response and emergency knowledge training and education, as well as leading cadres giving safety lessons on the podium. Wang Jian, Secretary of the Fifth Party Branch of the  Company Party Committee and Project Manager, served as the lecturer for this training. The project leaders, the department managers and the main production staff participated in the training.

With the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to deal with emergencies", the training focused on the correct safety habits in the project management process, the current production safety situation at the end of the COD project and the requirements of the Myanmar subsidiary’s production safety targets, and provided training on the basic safety knowledge that all project staff need to master, the safety control capabilities they should have, as well as the emergency handling and emergency knowledge. At the same time, all the participants watched and studied "Life is more important than Mount Tai - Learning from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse on Safety Production" and discussed the content of the discourse.

The project manager put forward requirements for project safety management, emphasizing that we should learn the lessons from the accident in the video, implement the work requirements, and make specific work arrangements for the weekly safety inspection by the project leader and the personnel safety performance mechanism.

The training explained in detail the typical accident emergency disposal measures and the actual first-aid measures on site, and further strengthened the concept of "everyone talks about safety, everything is safe, think about safety all the time, and be safe everywhere" and the concept of "I am responsible for my safety, others are responsible for my safety, and I am responsible for the project safety".
