Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project organized the opening ceremony of Work Safety Month

July of 2023 is the 22nd national Work Safety Month. On July 1st, 2023, Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project organized the opening ceremony of Work Safety Month. The leader of owner side, the project manager and department managers attended the ceremony.

At the meeting, the HSE Department of the project promoted and reported on the activity plan, and the attendees watched the themed promotional video together. Mr. Wang Jian, the project manager and the secretary of the 5th Party branch , gave a mobilization speech and required that firstly, to maintain a high level of vigilance towards safety, continuously enhance safety awareness, and improve emergency response capabilities; secondly, play the leading role, strictly follow operation procedures and safety procedures, and ensure that all requirements are implemented in place; and the third is to conduct a thorough investigation of safety risks and hidden dangers, ensuring timely reporting, rectification, and resolution. Subsequently, the owner’s leadership and all personnel of the project jointly conducted a themed signature activity.

The project mainly focused on implementing the specific tasks of the company and the project. based on the key work deployment of the company and the owner, combined with the actual situation on site, and organized 7 activities.

Next, the project will further enhance employees’ safety awareness, enhance the safety quality of all employees, and promote the sustained and stable development of the project safety situation through activities such as education and training, case warnings, hidden danger investigation, and safety knowledge popularization.
