At 17:25 on December 6th, Company’s Beihai Nine Dragons Paper Industries Commissioning Project successfully completed the blowing pipe work for Unit 2, marking another significant milestone achieved by the project.
The Beihai Nine Dragons Paper Industries Commissioning project is located in Xiejia Village, Xingang Town, Tieshangang District, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. It belongs to Nine Dragons (Beihai) Limited Company. The current thermal power construction scale consists of 2*510t/h high-temperature and high-pressure pulverized coal boilers and 2*80MW back-pressure steam turbines. The Company is primarily responsible for the subsystem commissioning, overall system startup, trial operation, and collaborative work for the completion and acceptance of the thermal-electric portion of the project.
To ensure the smooth progress of the blowing pipe work for Unit 2, the project proactively planned, optimized the blowing pipe scheme, and detailed safety precautions for the blowing pipe operation. During the blowing pipe process, various specialties collaborated closely, providing 24-hour supervision, conducting comprehensive inspections of system safety and integrity. The operation proceeded rigorously and systematically according to the debugging methods, process requirements, and procedural steps. Through the joint efforts of all parties involved, the blowing pipe work for Unit 2 was successfully completed with two consecutive satisfactory tests, earning unanimous praise from the owner and installation personnel.
The successful completion of the blowing pipe work in has set a strong groundwork for the upcoming tasks of Unit 2.
