Company conducted the 2023 annual independent assessment examination for corporate technical talent

To effectively strengthen the training and development of professional talents, and advance the construction of a professional talent pool, the Company conducted the 2023 annual independent assessment examination for corporate technical talent from November 16th to November 25th. Under the supervision and guidance of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Laoshan District, a total of 128 individuals from the Qingdao headquarters and domestic and overseas projects participated in this examination simultaneously.

To facilitate the successful implementation of this assessment, the Company has developed evaluation norms, assessment plans, and an examination question bank for job positions based on the independent assessment requirements for corporate technical talent at the provincial and municipal levels, national occupational skill standards, and corporate job requirements. This is to ensure the effective assessment of candidates’ theoretical knowledge and skill proficiency. Following the assessment review, a total of 20 individuals have been certified as senior technicians, 32 as technicians, and 40 as senior workers.

Through this independent assessment examination, the professional skills of a large number of employees have been enhanced, channels for skill improvement have been expanded, and the talent pool of the Company has been further strengthened. Next, the company will refine and implement the follow-up work of independent assessment for corporate technical talent, continuously nurture and select skilled professionals with high quality, expertise, and capabilities. The company will persistently optimize the structure of the talent pool, providing a solid talent guarantee for the high-quality development of the company.
