On November 18th, the Company organized a training and discussion session for long-term O&M project management personnel. Fourteen members of the long-term O&M project leaders and management personnel, who are currently undergoing domestic power plant production management training, participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, the participants first underwent on-the-job training and learning sessions on various management systems related to the operation department and fuel department of the power plant. Subsequently, discussions and exchanges focused on highlights in the planning, execution, supervision, rewards and penalties of safety technical training, team culture construction, "two tickets and three systems" management systems, and on-site emergency management. Finally, the training instructors addressed practical issues encountered by the attendees in their respective projects during a Q&A session.
The exchange activity this time was compact and efficient. It holds significant importance for consolidating and deepening the training and learning outcomes, enhancing the overall qualities and management capabilities of the participants, and further improving the level of project operation and management. Next, the Company will diligently summarize the excellent management concepts and experiences of advanced power plants, strive to standardize and enhance the level of project production performance, and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of project units.
