Unit 2 Class C overhaul work has been Successfully Completed at the Rizhao Shangang O&M Project

At 15:27 on October 26, the unit 2 of Rizhao Shangang O&M Project successfully connected to the power grid, marking the completion of unit 2 Class C overhaul work.
The Company signed the O&M service contract of 2×350MW self-provided power plant on 9 May with Shandong Iron & Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd. The O&M team of the project performed well in the operation and maintenance of the unit, successfully completed the predetermined objectives and gained high recognition from the owner. On 24th September, the Company successfully signed the service contract for unit 2 Class C overhaul work.
In order to ensure the smooth completion of this overhaul, the project plans scientifically, focuses on safety production, optimisation of operation, equipment management and other areas. During the overhaul period, the project team, safety management personnel inspected the project site in-depth, focusing mainly on the overhaul area of the limited space operations, fire operations, and other high-risk work areas. In regards to the problems found on site, the relevant personnel issued safety rectification notification form, and urged personnel at all levels to rectify these problems immediately. Furthermore, results of rectification were thoroughly checked afterwards in order to ensure the problems were addressed properly.
A total of 257 standard projects and 28 special technical reform projects were completed in this overhaul, focusing on a series of overhaul tasks such as disassembling and replacing the high and medium pressure main steam doors and regulator oil motors and checking and replacing the coil roots of Unit 2, checking and eliminating the defects of turbine shaft tiles of Unit 2, leakage of the distributor door rods, and reforming of the high and medium pressure U-shape sealing pipes, etc, and the implementation of the overhaul tasks were monitored closely.
Next, the Company will closely position itself as the business unit, follow the pace of the parent company's strategic development, utilize the strengths of debugging, operation and maintenance main business, continue to delve deeper into the domestic market. In addition, the company will make great efforts to seize high-quality orders, assist the parent company in high-quality development.
