On September 10, 2023, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized a meeting for the new staff of 2023. The project leadership, department managers and the new staff attended the meeting.

Mr. Liu Kejia, the deputy manager of the project, gave a brief introduction to the basic situation of the project. Subsequently, the new employees introduced themselves one by one, recounting their onboarding experiences and expressing their confidence in their future work.

Mr. Li Qiusheng, the secretary of the 3rd Party branch, welcomed the new employees and made the following requirements.

The first is to pick up a magnifying glass and appreciate the strengths of others. We should respect our teacher, pay attention to unity, improve the situation, and be a proactive person.

The second is to use the microscope well and pay attention to details when doing all the things. Details determine success or failure. In our work, safety is the top priority, and we must strictly follow the rules and regulations and work processes.

The third is to make good use of wide-angle mirrors to expand the width of life. The power plant system is relatively complex, requiring a wide range of knowledge to learn and a persistent effort to absorb them.

The fourth is to hold up a telescope and climb high to see the future from afar. We should have goals to pursue, have reasonable plans, move forward down-to-earth, have confidence in the future, and also have periodic summaries. Advantages and achievements should be maintained, and problems and mistakes should be corrected. Hopefully, the new employees could contribute to the development of the company while realizing their own value.

Finally, Mr. Chen Hengwei, the project manager, made a concluding speech.

Firstly, we need to adjust our mindset as soon as possible, transform our roles, quickly adapt to the new work and life environment, and actively participate in the activities organized by the project, integrate into the project better and faster.

The second is to do a good job in personal career planning, identify goals and positioning, do not relax self-requirements, and persevere in research and focus on learning and accumulation, striving to achieve a qualitative leap.

The third is to strengthen the study of safety work and related management systems of the company and project, and strictly implement them in work to ensure the safety of both personnel and equipment.

The fourth is to actively learn the company’s corporate culture, actively develop the company’s excellent work style, be fearless of difficulties, be steadfast and hardworking, and achieve new results in a new stage of life with high fighting spirit and full enthusiasm.
