Haixi CSP O&M Project held a tutor-student agreement signing ceremony

In order to improve the comprehensive capability of new employees and help young employees quickly adapt to the project, recently, Haixi CSP O&M Project held a tutor-student agreement signing ceremony. The project leadership, department heads, the tutors and all the new employees attended the ceremony.
Mr. Liu Baoping, the project manager, firstly read out the Management Measures of Tutor and Student, clarifying the purpose and responsibilities of the work. Then both the tutors and students signed the agreement. Subsequently, the representative of the tutor made a statement: in future work, they will fully play the role of tutor, help new employees quickly integrate into the work position, strengthen the cultivation of young employees’ sense of responsibility and tell all they know to the students. The new employees’ representative expressed respect for their tutors and stated that in their future work, they will strengthen professional learning, strive to learn and inquire diligently, and grow into technical talents that meet the company’s requirements as soon as possible, in order to promote high-quality development of project construction through practical actions.
At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Liu proposed the following requirements: firstly, the tutor should play a leading role and impart their work experience to the students with a serious and responsible attitude, taking on the responsibility of preaching, imparting knowledge, and resolving doubts; Secondly, the new employees should adapt to their identity transformation as soon as possible, be down-to-earth, and combine the knowledge they have learned and the professional skills taught by their tutors with the actual situation on site, in order to grow and become talents as soon as possible; Thirdly, the students should respect their tutors, always maintain a humble, studious, and hardworking work attitude, absorb the tutors’ excellent work experience, enhance their personal professional abilities, and realize their own life value.
Next, the project will strictly implement the management measure, supervise the implementation of the new employee training plan, strengthen the O&M technical training of CSP, strengthen the talent team of CSP commissioning and O&M, and make positive contributions to construction of the project and development of the company development.
