Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized a kick-off meeting for Summer Peak

In order to further implement the safety production policy, strengthen the load carrying capacity of the unit in summer, and ensure the stability of safety production, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized a kick-off meeting for Summer Peak on May 11, 2023. The project leadership, department heads, and technical backbone participated in the meeting.
The meeting firstly read out the Notice on Carrying Out the 2023 Peak Summer Special Work and deployed and arranged the project’s work for 2023 Summer Peak. Subsequently, the management personnel of each department of the project reported on their own measures to cope with the summer weather.
The meeting made arrangements around the work for Summer Peak.
Firstly, each department should combine the unit maintenance and plan of Summer Peak of the project, focus on the plan and guarantee measures, further summarize previous years’ experience, effectively carry out safety production work, and improve the healthy operation level of equipment.
Secondly, all departments should adhere to the requirement of "safety first", do a good job in personnel safety training and drills, and ensure personal and equipment safety. For key areas, it is necessary to focus on attention, treatment, and supervision to ensure the safe and stable operation of on-site equipment under high-temperature weather conditions.
Thirdly, management personnel at all levels should effectively fulfill their job responsibilities and safety responsibilities, strengthen safety and technical supervision and management work, actively think and study to solve difficulties, and strive to successfully complete the power generation task of this year.
Next, the project will further strictly implement the safety production requirements to fully ensure safe and stable production during the Summer Peak period.
