On January 15th, Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project organized pre-employment training for new incoming employees. The project leaders, department heads, and all newly hired employees attended the meeting.

 

During the meeting, Deputy Project Manager Wang Yongguo extended a warm welcome to all new incoming employees. He introduced the overall plan and specific training schedule for this training session, emphasizing its goal to enhance the safety awareness and professional skills of the new employees. He expressed the hope that everyone would value this training opportunity, quickly adapt to the new work environment, set personal career development goals, and strive to become professional technical talents in line with the company's development requirements through solid learning and diligent practice. Subsequently, participating trainees made statements, collectively expressing their commitment to swiftly undergo role transitions. They pledged to humbly seek guidance from experienced colleagues in their future work, aiming to achieve proficiency at an early stage and actively contribute to the development of the company and the project.

 

The training program lasts for one month, during which participants will comprehensively learn and master theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to various on-site production processes and the maintenance of key equipment in the power plant. The training combines classroom instruction with hands-on exercises. Going forward, the project will strictly adhere to the training plan, carry out subsequent training activities, and ensure the successful completion of the training tasks. This is aimed at ensuring a skilled workforce for the secure and efficient operation of the project unit.
