2024-12-02

At 4:30 AM on November 30th, the 1×350MW unit of the Morocco Jerada O&M Project was successfully connected to the national grid of Morocco, marking the successful completion of the project's annual C-level overhaul.

The overhaul lasted for 15 days. The project’s maintenance team, while ensuring safety, focused on both quality and schedule, efficiently advancing the maintenance tasks according to the principle of "repair what needs to be repaired, and repair it well". Through the concerted efforts and teamwork of all personnel involved, a total of 285 maintenance tasks and 78 technical supervision items were completed, including checks of various heated surfaces inside the furnace, replacement of low-temperature reheater pipes, internal inspection of the bag filter dust collector, and internal inspection of the low-pressure cylinder. All maintenance tasks were completed one day ahead of the original schedule.

The successful completion of this C-level overhaul has laid a solid foundation for the continuous, safe, stable, and efficient operation of the project’s units in 2025. Moving forward, the project’s operations and maintenance team will continue to adhere to the principles of "high standards, strict requirements, attention to detail, and practical implementation", further enhancing their operational and technical capabilities, and demonstrating their commitment through tangible results to celebrate the parent company's 40th anniversary.
