To effectively enhance the professional quality and practical skills of project operation and maintenance personnel, on January 15th, Rizhao Shangang O&M Project organized a special skills training activity for operation and maintenance. More than 60 participants, including department heads, frontline production operators, and maintenance personnel from various project departments, attended the training.

 

The project attaches great importance to this training initiative, meticulously planning a special skills training program. The training incorporates theoretical lectures, basic skills training, incident simulation exercises, safety training, and other methods. It covers theoretical knowledge in various production disciplines, including the working principles of units, process flows, basic equipment structures, identification of hazards, and quality safety control. During the training, participants engaged in practical exercises on-site, focusing on the operation and maintenance of equipment such as boilers, steam turbines, and electrical systems. By bridging theory with practical experience, they deepened their understanding and mastery of the training content, enriched their professional knowledge base, and further elevated their professional skill levels and practical capabilities.

 

Next, the project will take this training as an opportunity to continue the effective cultivation of operation and maintenance professional talents. It will steadfastly advance the "diversification" of talent development and the "specialization" of team building.
