Company Organizes and Conducts Solar Thermal Technology Training

To implement the company’s talent cultivation and training initiatives, on February 28th, the Company organized a group of technical experts from selected projects to conduct solar thermal technology training at the Haixi CSP O&M Project .

The training, spanning half a month, adopts a combination of theoretical lectures and on-site practical exercises. It covers essential principles of solar thermal power generation technology, the composition of solar thermal power generation systems, solar collector devices, thermal storage systems, the working principles, and operational logic of molten salt, SGS systems, and heliostat systems at the Haixi CSP O&M Project.

Next, the Company will rigorously follow the training plan to carry out the training, striving to successfully complete the training tasks. The company will continue to maintain a strong talent pool in the field of solar thermal technology, further strengthening the construction of the talent team, and providing talent assurance for the high-quality development of the company’s new energy business.
