The Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project Organizes Thingyan Festival Event to Celebrate and Uplift Burmese Staff

To further strengthen local management and enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty among Burmese employees, on April 16th, the Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project took the opportunity of welcoming the Burmese New Year to organize a Thingyan Festival event to comfort Burmese employees.

 

During the festival, the project meticulously planned and prepared in advance, presenting all Burmese employees with Thingyan Festival tokens of appreciation and extending heartfelt holiday wishes, thereby fully acknowledging the significant role played by Burmese employees in the project's operations and maintenance. The Burmese employees expressed their collective commitment to working with even greater enthusiasm in the future, standing united with all project staff to tackle challenges and make greater contributions to the project's stability, safety, and efficiency.

 

Through this event, cultural exchange and communication among Chinese and Burmese employees in the project have been deepened, enhancing the cultural identity and sense of belonging of Burmese employees to the company, and creating a united and harmonious working atmosphere among Chinese and Burmese employees. Next, the project will scientifically utilize local resources, optimize personnel structure, strengthen project execution management and control, make every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of project units, and promote the project to achieve high-quality and efficient performance.
