Morocco Jerada O&M Project Organised 2024 “Summer Peak Readiness” Mobilization Meeting

To implement the safety production and "Summer Peak Readiness" work deployment of the Company, and to ensure the safe and efficient operation of on-site equipment during the high-temperature summer weather, on the afternoon of May 22nd, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized the 2024 "Summer Peak Readiness" kickoff meeting. The project leadership team, department heads, and production technical staff attended the meeting.

 

During the meeting, the Technical Department of the project read out the "Notice on Establishing the Safety Production Working Group for the 2024 Project Summer Peak Readiness" and the project’s "Summer Peak Readiness Plan". According to the requirements outlined in the plan, arrangements and deployments for various tasks related to "Summer Peak Readiness" were made.

 

Subsequently, Project Manager Chen Hengwei, considering the actual situation of the project, presented the following requirements for the "Summer Peak Readiness" work:

Firstly, it is essential to diligently implement the tasks assigned for “Summer Peak Readiness”, track and inspect the execution of the plan in a timely manner, and strengthen the closed-loop management of processes.

 

Secondly, thorough inspections of all types of safety hazards related to the units during "Summer Peak Readiness" must be conducted to prevent personal and equipment accidents as well as various unsafe incidents.

 

Thirdly, emergency management during "Summer Peak Readiness" should be effectively carried out. This includes further refining the project’s emergency plans, closely monitoring the physical and mental well-being of employees, and enhancing the stockpile of emergency supplies.

 

Next, Morocco Jerada O&M Project will strictly implement specific tasks according to the requirements outlined in the “Summer Peak Readiness” plan. We will spare no effort in ensuring the uninterrupted power supply and safety production during the "Summer Peak Readiness" period, thus guaranteeing the successful completion of summer safety production tasks.
