Mr. Lv Tao, Chief Engineer of Huafeng Weiye Company, Is Invited by Owner of Hebei Jiantou Xingtai Thermal Power Plant for Giving Lecture

　　On December 27th, 2016, Mr. Lv Tao, Chief Engineer of Huafeng Weiye Company was invited by the owner of Hebei Jiantou Xingtai Thermal Power Plant to Xingtai Project to give them the lecture of plant DCS control system O&M procedure. The owner’s production and technology department, operation department, construction department and maintenance department attended the lecture.
　　
　　Mr. Lv explained the components, control principle and function of plant DCS control system in plain language combining with overseas units commissioning experience and gave suggestions on unit operation and maintenance.
　　
　　Mr. Lv emphasized explained RB test and load-rejection test cases of Xingtai Project. At 18:48 of December 11th, feed water pump RB caused trip, Mr. Lv then explained “what, why and how” of that combining with data curves and gave optimization plan. Aiming at load-rejection test case, through the rejection curves of #1 and #2 and comparing the two tests, Mr. Lv detailed explained the high and low pressure bypass, fuel control and feed water quantity of load-rejection, pointed out the deficiency and gave optimization plan.
　　
　　Mr. Lv interacted with the trainees and answered their questions and the atmosphere of the lecture was really good, which won recognition from the owner.
　　
　　After the lecture, Mr. Lv met Mr. Zhao Tianzhong, Vice Manager of the power plant.
