  At 16:00 of April 9th, 2017, Huafeng Weiye Company held the closing ceremony of 2017 1st project management training class at the Center for International Academic Exchanges of Qingdao University. Mr. Zhang Huanxiang, Vic President doubles as Chief Engineer, Mr. Li Zhigang, Professor of Ocean University of China, Mr. Peng Hong, Vice President of Huafeng Weiye Company doubles as Secretary of HF Party Branch, managers of headoffice departments and 17 project managers and key personnel attended the ceremony.
  
  Mr. Peng firstly led the attendees to study the 21 Basic Requirements of Being A Competent Leader and said that the trainees got the key of opening the door of thinking and learning through the training, so the trainees should utilize the knowledge into practical work and improve their management capabilities especially the communication ability and skills.
  
  After that, Mr. Zhang made a speech. He pointed out that firstly, the trainees should combine the knowledge with practice and study more by combining project management situation with PMP knowledge; secondly, they should do the self-examination and improve themselves by comparing with the 21 basic requirements; thirdly, insist in the four-one guiding principle to build the team and cultivate more talent; fourthly, establish long strategy and make up the disadvantages; fifthly, enhance team building and cultural construction to improve the team cohesiveness.
  
  The ceremony awarded the outstanding trainees with certificate. Three representatives made speeches of the summarizing experience about the training.
  
  The project management training class is an important part of the company’s annual training work which is held as per the requirements of the company development for further improving the middle management cadres’ management capability and sense of enterprise culture identity, improving their project executive capability and cultivating more talents for the company’s long-term development. The company explored the training mode for middle management cadres through the training and achieved experience for the following trainings.
