On February 8, Huafeng Weiye Company was invited by China Industrial Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production Association Water Saving and Water Treatment Branch to participate in the opening meeting of "Study on Energy Consumption Optimization of Seawater Desalination and Utilization Path in Industrial Field" project organized by the Department of Energy Conservation and Resources Utilization of MIIT. The meeting was held at Qingdao Baifa Desalination Plant. Mr. Ma Yongfeng, deputy general manager of Huafeng Weiye attended.
First of all, Professor Zhang Jianfeng from Hehai University made the opening report of the project of "seawater desalination energy consumption optimization and industrial application path research", and reported in detail on the latest national policy support for seawater desalination industry, the current situation of seawater desalination utilization in industrial fields, and the research content and plan of the project. At the meeting, representatives of enterprises from the national desalination field and experts from many universities exchanged views on innovative energy-saving technology and equipment in the field of desalination, problems and solutions in the promotion and utilization of industrial fields, and suggestions for the development of desalination industry.
Mr. Ma reported on the performance of the company in the international market of seawater desalination in recent years, the current situation of the application of seawater desalination technology at home and abroad, and shared the development ideas of how to open source and cut costs and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in seawater desalination technology under the background of "double carbon".
At the end of the meeting, Ding Zhijun, deputy director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Resources Utilization of MIIT, affirmed the achievements of the desalination industry in recent years, and hoped that in the follow-up work, through government policy guidance and institutional collaborative efforts, extreme thinking will be brought into play, starting from the basics, so that the application of desalination technology will not be restricted, and the work of water security will be escorted.
