On January 31, 2023, Huafeng Weiye Company organized a meeting for all staff to publicize and implement the spirit of the 19th First Workers’ Congress and 2023 Working Conference. Mr. Ni Jiawei, the president and deputy secretary of Huafeng Weiye Company Party Committee, presided over the meeting. The company leadership, department managers and key personnel participated into the meeting.
The attendees firstly studied the speeches made by Mr. Ding Yanzhang and Mr. Wang Bin. After that, Mr. Ni led the attendees to study the work report made by Mr. Wang Li; Mr. Peng Hong, the secretary of the Party committee and vice president, led to study the report made by Mr. Zhang Lianqing; Mr. Li Shanggang, the deputy secretary of the Party committee and the secretary of discipline inspection commission, led to study the report made by Mr. Zhu Hui; Mr. Chen Ting, the vice president and chief safety director, led to study the safety work reports made by Mr. Wang Li and Mr. Sun Qili; Ms. Sun Xuemei, the manager of Administration Dept., led to study the Enterprise Culture Handbook.
Combining with the actual operation and development of Huafeng Weiye Company, Mr. Ni made an in-depth interpretation of Mr. Wang Li's report on the basis of the summary of the work of the company in 2022, the situation faced by the operation and development, the existing problems, and the direction of the following works. He also made arrangements for the overall work and key tasks of the company in 2023, The attendees then had a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the company's work guiding ideology, objectives in 2023, which further unified the personnel’s thoughts and consolidated their strength.
Facing the new situation, new tasks and new requirements, Mr. Peng interpreted and analyzed the spirit of the Workers' Congress from the aspects of improving quality and efficiency, market development, operation management, performance evaluation, project planning and management, further deepened the understanding of the staff. He also required the staff to carry out the implementation of the spirit of the Workers' Congress in multiple ways and measures, and integrate the implementation of the spirit into the company's production and operation works, make the spirit go deep into the grassroots and front-line.
