On the morning of August 17, 2022, Mr. Yao Mingfang from Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resource and Social Security, and Mr. Wang Jian from Laoshan District HR Bureau visited Huafeng Weiye Company for independent evaluation of technical talents. Mr. Peng Hong, the secretary of Huafeng Weiye Company Party Committee and vice president, Mr. Sun Haitao, the vice president and chief engineer, Mr. Li Biao, the company management director and manager of Production and Technology Dept., and Mr. Jiang Qilong, the manager of HR Dept. and related personnel attended the activity.
Mr. Peng warmly welcomed the leaders, and briefly introduced the company's development process, compound talent training and independent talent evaluation. Mr. Sun reported on the basic situation of the company, the current situation of technical talents, and the independent evaluation of talents.
Mr. Yao fully affirmed and highly appreciated the work of Huafeng Weiye Company's technical talents, and explained in detail the independent evaluation policy, and provided guidance to the company to further build an echelon-type talent team and standardize the process of independent evaluation.
Afterwards, the participants conducted exchanges and discussions on the difficulties, existing problems and next-step work plans of the independent evaluation work. Mr. Yao said that Huafeng Weiye Company should continue to solidly promote the construction of technical personnel, constantly expand new ideas and new methods for the independent evaluation of technical personnel, and promote the work of technical personnel to new heights.
During the period, the leaders visited the company's honor room, and inspected the occupation (type of work) site and simulation training room and other related facilities for the technical evaluation work.
