Experts from Laoshan District HR and Social Security Bureau visit Huafeng Weiye Company
On the morning of April 27, 2022, 6 experts of talent independent evaluation from Laoshan District HR and Social Security Bureau visited Huafeng Weiye Company for on-site investigation about the qualification of talent independent evaluation. Mr. Sun Haitao, the vice president and chief engineer, Mr. Li Biao, the management director, and Mr. Jiang Qilong, the manager of HR Department, attended the meeting.
Mr. Sun extended a warm welcome to the expert group, and introduced the relevant situation of the company's talent training and independent talent evaluation to the expert group. Afterwards, the expert group had a detailed understanding of the basic situation of the company, the current situation of skilled talents, and the details of the independent evaluation work of talents, consulted the filing materials of the company, and inspected the occupation venues, training venues, examination equipment and other related facilities where the independent evaluation work was carried out. They also set up the situation, and give systematic and detailed guidance to the problems existing in the review from a professional point of view. After inspection and evaluation, the expert group issued preliminary review and evaluation opinions.
The vocational skill level recognition system is an important measure for the state to promote the reform of the talent evaluation mechanism by classification, and it is an important guarantee for promoting skills improvement actions and smoothing the growth channel of skilled talents. At the beginning of the year, the level evaluation of skilled personnel had been changed to socialized occupational skill level identification, which could be carried out by employers and social evaluation organizations, and the government no longer organize skill evaluations directly for workers and issue national vocational qualification certificates.
