Pakistan Haveli O&M Project obtains ISO management system certifications

With the strong support of the headquarters and the unremitting efforts of all the staff of the project, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project successfully passed the ISO quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system audit on April 20, 2020, and on June 24, obtained the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification issued by the certification company, and successfully fulfilled the contract requirements and formed a complete set of management models in line with international standards.

Since the launch of ISO management system certification applying work, the project had organized employees to participate in management system certification standard training and internal auditor training activities for many times. With reference to the company’s various management systems, the project had formulated various items in accordance with ISO management system standards, organized various departments to repeatedly sort out and improve the business process of the project, compile, revise, and implement quality manuals, procedure documents and work instruction documents. After several rounds of review and rectification of system documents and on-site implementation, the project truly achieved the standard requirements of the ISO management system to guide work behavior, which has been fully affirmed and recognized by the certification company and the owner.

Obtaining quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system certifications is not the end, but a better start. The project promises to always put the concept of safety and health throughout all aspects of production and operation, and fully implement ISO standards, and always insist on the iron army work spirit, create a safer and healthier working environment for employees, create better services for customers, and further enhance industry competitiveness.
