2025-06-01
To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power plant during the high-temperature summer period, on May 30, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project organized the 2025 “Summer Peak Response” work kick-off meeting.
The meeting began by conveying the various requirements from the Company regarding the “Summer Peak Response” and emphasized the importance of this work to achieving high-quality contract fulfillment for the entire year. In combination with the on-site situation, the project leadership made specific arrangements for the summer peak response work across all departments. Subsequently, Deputy Project Manager Song Tongtong put forward detailed requirements for each aspect of the work: First, reinforce responsibility and strengthen execution. Strictly implement the four-level safety responsibility system and adopt a “zoned responsibility” mechanism to ensure accountability down to each post and individual. Second, ensure technical support and precise prevention and control. Rigorously enforce the PTW management system and resolutely eliminate any rule violations; in view of the high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, pay special attention to rainproofing and lightning protection measures for electrical equipment, improve the plant’s summer emergency plans, and regularly conduct safety drills. Third, strengthen coordination and provide comprehensive support. Continuously ensure safety, logistics, and other support during the summer peak, enhance safety control, and strictly implement duty and information reporting systems.
At the end of the meeting, in accordance with the “Summer Peak Response” work plan, the project established a special inspection team, divided areas of responsibility by equipment systems, and set up bilingual safety supervision posts to ensure that operational procedures, risk warnings, and emergency instructions are conveyed precisely and accurately.
Next, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project will strictly follow the meeting’s deployment, go all out to ensure power supply and safe production during the summer peak period, and guarantee the successful completion of summer safety production tasks.
