The Company Organizes the 2025 Spring Safety Inspection

2025-04-17

A good year starts in spring, and now is the time to ensure power supply security. To implement the company's safety production directives, prevent and curb safety incidents, and align with the "Year of Management Innovation" initiative, the Company organized its units to hold the kickoff meeting for the 2025 Spring Safety Inspection from March 15 to 23.

The "Spring Inspection" focuses on the thorough implementation of the three-year safety enhancement campaign and hazard investigation initiatives. It centers on 15 key areas, including regulatory systems, overseas social security, fire safety, hazardous chemicals, and equipment safety. From March 15 to 23, the Company's regional offices, specialized subsidiaries, and projects held kickoff meetings for the Spring Safety Inspection. They established leadership teams led by the primary responsible persons to oversee the process. During the kickoff meetings, both domestic and international projects—including the Morocco Jerada O&M Project, Saudi Arabia Yanbu Phase III O&M Project, Luneng Haixi CSP O&M Project, and Linyi Hengxin New Energy O&M Project—analyzed safety vulnerabilities and risk factors. They formulated practical "Spring Inspection" plans, outlined key inspection priorities, and developed checklists tailored to critical risk areas and seasonal hazards. These efforts laid a solid foundation for the systematic execution of the "Spring Inspection" initiative.

Next, the Company will leverage the "Spring Inspection" as an opportunity to thoroughly identify management shortcomings, policy gaps, and equipment hazards. The company will ensure comprehensive safety inspections, effective hazard rectification, and robust risk control, maintaining a stable and secure production environment across all projects.
