On 17th October, the Company organised the opening ceremony of 2023 Comprehensive Ability Enhancement Training Program. Peng Hong, Secretary of Party Committee of the Company, responsible persons of relevant departments and 50 trainees attended the opening ceremony through "on-site+video".
At the meeting, Peng Hong first introduced the importance and necessity of the training course to enhance the comprehensive ability of the staff, further elaborated on the company’s demand for high-quality personnel and attention, and made a mobilising speech, requiring all participants: First, to find the right career positioning, clear career goals, and to grow into an outstanding talent in line with the company’s development requirements as soon as possible; second, to be strong and diligent in their studies, cherish the opportunity to learn, learning attitudes, pay attention to the quality of learning; third, to apply what they have learnt to enhance the relevance of learning and enhance the practice of exercise and continue to improve the working ability.
Peng Hong pointed out that the organisation of the comprehensive ability of the staff to enhance the training course is an important initiative for the company to implement the spirit of the company’s mid-year work conference and promote the employee development of the company. At present, the company is in a critical moment of reform and development, the company should take this training as an opportunity to adhere to accelerate employee development and continue to explore the implementation of personalised and accurate staff training methods, and strive to improve the overall quality of technical skills of all employees, aiming to make positive contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the company’s business.
