Company organizes the first examination of enterprise independent evaluation

In order to better build the training platform, innovate the evaluation model and optimize the growth environment for skilled personnel, and promote the improvement of employees' skills, from November 21 to November 22, 2022, under the supervision and guidance of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Laoshan District, Huafeng Weiye Company held the first examination of enterprise independent evaluation at the headquarters and the projects at home and abroad.
The evaluation involves two levels of senior workers and technicians of electrical and boiler operation. Focusing on practical work abilities such as professional ability, work performance and professional ethics, it was divided into three parts: theoretical knowledge examination, practical operation examination and thesis defense. A total of 75 employees participated in the evaluation. The company, in strict accordance with the requirements of the national professional skill standards, formulated the implementation plan, followed the principles of fairness and justice, completed the preparation and implementation of the examination questions, personnel qualification check, examination room setting, etc., to ensure that the evaluation work could be carried out in an orderly manner. After assessment and review, 33 personnel finally passed the certification of senior workers and 23 passed the certification of technicians. Later, those who passed the assessment were recorded into the skilled talents database of Shandong Province according to the procedure, and all were issued vocational skill grade certificates.
Successfully organizing the examination opened the prelude to the independent evaluation of vocational skill levels of the company. In the next step, the company will continue to do a good job in the certification of professional grades, take vocational skills training and skill grade certification as important measures for the construction of the company's skilled personnel team, enrich the composition of independent evaluation types of work, earnestly summarize the experience, constantly improve the evaluation content, optimize the evaluation system, and implement differentiated and accurate skill evaluation according to the characteristics of each post, in order to build compound skilled talents and provide good talent support for promoting high-quality development of the company.
