In order to comprehensively summarize the work experience of unit C class maintenance, commend advanced groups and individuals, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, at 15:00 on October 7, 2022, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organizes 2022 C class maintenance summary commendation conference.
First of all, the project’s Maintenance Department reported the overall situation of the unit C class maintenance work in 2022, and each department summarized the experience based on the maintenance work. Mr. Chen Hengwei, the project manager, made a summary and evaluation of the maintenance work of the project and thanked all the staff for their hard work. In order to commend the excellent employees and outstanding teams, 10 Chinese employees, 13 Moroccan employees and the boiler professional team were commended and awarded with certificates of honor.
The project inherited the glorious tradition of Iron Army during the maintenance work, carried forward the work style and worked together to overcome difficulties. Under the challenges of short construction period and heavy tasks, the project team completed the task 2 days ahead of schedule.
It was pointed out at the meeting that the project should summarize the maintenance job, review the experience and lessons, find out the deficiencies, speed up the improvement of staff skills, promote the training of versatile talents, and further achieve the localization goal; Strengthen equipment maintenance and operation monitoring, avoid risks, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit for a long period.
The successful holding of the summary and commendation conference created a strong atmosphere of learning, further promoted the spirit of craftsmanship, stimulated the consciousness, enthusiasm and initiative of all employees, and enhanced the cohesion and sense of unity and cooperation within the project.
