Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project completes the training for Burmese new employees

On the afternoon of March 19, 2022, the closing ceremony of Burmese new employees training of Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project was held at the office building of the project. The project leaders and department managers and Burmese new employees attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, the project leader made a general summary of the entire training work from the background, the purpose, the significance and the highlights of the training, and fully affirmed the results of the training. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training, the project made sufficient preparations of training materials, the arrangement of training courses, and the design of training methods. In particular, the training method of interspersed with English-language videos and animations made the training more interesting, enhanced the enthusiasm of new employees to learn, and achieved the expected training effect.
At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Wang Jian, the O&M project manager, made the following requirements on the new employees’ work and study.
The first, take the training as a starting point, strive to learn professional knowledge, consolidate professional theoretical foundation, and continuously improve personal ability to meet the needs of the project’s O&M work.
The second, establish a sense of unity, strengthen communication, help and learn from each other to make progress together, and form an effective work force.
The third, always be grateful, take the initiative to act, actively work hard, devote to the work with full enthusiasm, and contribute to the development of the project with practical actions.
After three months of intensive training, 21 new Burmese employees have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the power plant overview, management model and company culture, which laid a solid foundation for them to transform from students to employees as soon as possible and to enter the workplace smoothly.
