Company achieves success on energization for the first refining and chemical industry power center commissioning project

At 16:08 of January 15, 2022, Huafeng Weiye Company achieved success on energization for the commissioning project of Power Center of Hainan Refinery and Chemical Co., Ltd., which won recognition from the owner, the supervisor, SINOPEC Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd., SINOPEC Fifth Construction Co., Ltd., and built firm foundation for the following commissioning works of Hainan Refinery Power Center.
The commissioning project of Power Center of Hainan Refinery and Chemical Co. Ltd. is the first power center commissioning project in the refining and chemical industry for Huafeng Weiye Company. It is also a successful effort of the company to actively expand its business fields and develop new business growth points based on the company's strategic requirements. The refining reconstruction and expansion project is a key project of Hainan Province and SINOPEC, which is of great strategic significance to help the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. Huafeng Weiye Company mainly undertakes the sub-system commissioning of the newly built 3×220t/h high-pressure and high-temperature gas-fired boilers, out-of-stock and one 25MW back pressure steam turbine generator set, the whole set of start-up commissioning, the supporting auxiliary system commissioning, and production assessment (72+24 hours continuous operation) and performance assessment.
The successful implementation of the project and the smooth development of on-site commissioning have accumulated relevant industry commissioning experience and achievements for the company, and provided a reference for further expansion of the commissioning market of the same type of power center in the future. In the next step, the commissioning team of Huafeng Weiye Company will continue to carry forward the Iron Army work style to work together and overcome difficulties, and complete the follow-up work of the project with high standards.
