The 6th grade certification training is closed


At 9:00 of January 7, 2022, the closing ceremony of the 6th grade certification training of Huafeng Weiye Company was held at the 1208 meeting room of HTG Tower A. Mr. Chen Ting, the vice president and chief safety director, Mr. Li Xuesong, the vice president, Mr. Li Biao, the chief management director and the manager of PTD and the deputy manager of Technology Development Division, the department managers and all the teachers and trainees attended the ceremony. Mr. Jiang Qilong, the HR manager presided over the ceremony.
Mr. Li Biao briefly summarized the development of the training and the status of grade certification, fully affirmed the training results, and asked the trainees to develop the good habit of lifelong learning and technology research, strengthen the research on the source and principle of professional technology, and put the training institute into practice, combine learning with on-site practice, and improve professional capabilities.
Afterwards, the representatives of teacher and trainees, made exchange speeches on their learning experience and training gains. They all expressed that they will continue to maintain a full enthusiasm for learning, formulate a good learning plan, and strive to improve their comprehensive technical quality.
Starting from the company's development strategy and the domestic and foreign situation and tasks, Mr. Chen Ting emphasized the importance of the company's professional talent training and building a high-quality technical talent team, and put forward specific requirements for the trainees' follow-up work and study:
Firstly, keep up with the pace of the company's development, and walk in the same direction with the company's development goals. All trainees should closely focus on the company's strategic goals, continuously improve professional skills, combine personal development needs with enterprise development plans, and strive to achieve the common development of individuals and enterprises.
The second, closely link with practice and realize the unification of theory and practice. All trainees should bring the training results to the on-site work practice, apply, summarize, think and improve in specific work practice, and give full play to the role of point-to-face, encourage each other with surrounding colleagues, improve together, and create a strong atmosphere of learning.
The last but not least, deeply understand the company culture and improve personal comprehensive ability. In the follow-up study, all trainees should continue to strengthen the study of various professional knowledge and comprehensively enrich the knowledge structure; in the work, all the trainees should fully carry forward the Iron Army work style, love their jobs, work as a team, and constantly expand the horizons, and grow into the backbone of the company as soon as possible.
The training lasted for 26 days, with a total of 38 participants and 100 class hours. During the period, a total of 9 grade certification examinations were organized, including maintenance level 1, level 2, centralized control level 1, 2, and 3, BOP 1, 2, and level 1, 2 and 3 of gas turbine control, all employees passed the corresponding examinations, and the training achieved the expected effect.
The training is mainly carried out by the four majors of maintenance, centralized control, BOP and gas turbine, with auxiliary training on safety and production management, showing the company’s determination of talent team and improving core competitiveness. Next, Huafeng Weiye Company will accelerate the certification of all employees in accordance with the established strategic plan and goals for talent training.
