Member of the SEPCOIII Party committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission visits Huafeng Weiye Company


On December 22, 2021, Mr. Zhu Hui, member of the Party committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of SEPCOIII visited Huafeng Weiye Company with 2 companions and held a meeting with the company leadership and department managers.
Mr. Zhu listened to the work report made by Mr. Ni Jiawei, the president of Huafeng Weiye Company and deputy secretary of Huafeng Weiye Party Committee, and detailed knew about the development history, organizational structure, personnel team, market development, operating income, Party building management, discipline inspection management, and production management of Huafeng Weiye Company, and discussed about the company’s current personnel distribution, talent training, team stability, business development, strategic direction, project execution, market environment, competitive advantage, and sea desalination capacity building with the leadership team of the company, and expressed affirmation of the solid role played by Huafeng Weiye Company in the EPCO industry chain and the business development achievements it has achieved since the plan was launched in 2013. 
Mr. Zhu said that in the context of China's announcement that it will no longer build overseas coal power plant and the dual-carbon targets, Huafeng Weiye Company should further strengthen its future development planning, scientifically promote the expansion of overseas traditional power plant commissioning and operation markets, and conduct close research in combination with its main business, make good use of existing business resources and human resources, actively explore high value-added businesses, and strive to increase revenue and profits. Subsequently, Mr. Zhu made requirements for the business development of Huafeng Weiye Company from three aspects.
The first is to do a good job in study of strategic directions, closely focus on the country’s major policies and the parent company’s strategic direction, and further improve the position and height. Based on the principle of responsible to the company, to employees, and to the industry chain, seriously think about the next step and development direction of the company.
The second is to pay attention to team building, especially leadership team building, middle-level cadre team building, and business backbone team building, strengthen talent team education, training and construction to consolidate the foundation for business development. Based on experience Mr. Zhu explained the Three Levels of the implementation of the project combining with his own experience, one is to create results, the other is to cultivate talents, and the third is to form systems, refine and form experience that be able to replicated and promoted.
The third is to do a good job of implementation. It is necessary to focus on the company’s strategic development direction, implement the company’s strategic responsibilities and requirements for the talent team, transform development ideas into practical actions, and give full play to the leadership, middle-level cadres, and business backbones, pay attention to the details of implementation, and use implementation to make greater efforts to create a better future.
Mr. Zhu also gave a clean reminder to the leaders and department managers of Huafeng Weiye Company. Afterwards, he expressed his gratitude to all the cadres and employees of Huafeng Weiye Company for their hard work over the past year, and gave New Year greetings.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Ni expressed his opinion on behalf of Huafeng Weiye Company, thanked Mr. Zhu for his concern and guidance to the company, and said that the company will earnestly implement Mr. Zhu’s instructions and grasp the strategy, find the direction of development, work harder in team building, implement the strategic responsibilities assigned by the company, deeply understand and implement the Three Levels of project implementation and strive to achieve higher-quality development and make greater efforts to advance the company's Fifth Five-Year Strategy.
