Huafeng Weiye Company Trade Union completes general election work

On July 14, 2021, Huafeng Weiye Company Trade Union held the second representative meeting in the 12F meeting room of HTG Tower A and carried out the election of the second trade union committee and the fund review committee. There were 40 representatives attended the meeting, and Ms. Sun Xuemei, the manager of Administration Management Department and the member of the trade union committee, presided over the meeting.
The representatives voted to elect the second trade union committee members, the chairman, fund review committee members, and the director, and the newly elected members recommended the second women workers committee.
Ms. Ma Shumei, the newly-elected chairman made a speech that she will strengthen self-construction, continuously improve her own political quality and professional level, innovate working mechanisms, and promote the in-depth development of trade union work; exercise the rights of the union, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, put the interests of employees first, and serve the employees wholeheartedly; strengthen communication and exchanges, and listen to employees’ opinions and suggestions.
Mr. Ni Jiawei, the president of Huafeng Weiye Company, and Mr. Peng Hong, the secretary of the HF Party Committee and the vice president, congratulated the new committee members and made the following requirements: strengthen ideological and political guidance; strengthen the construction of trade union organizations, and improve the service ability and level; and be the caring person of employees.
In August, the trade union received the official replies from the parent company’s trade union and Laoshan District federation of trade union, which means that the general election work was completed. The second trade union committee is formed by 7 members, Ms. Ma Shumei is the chairman, and the fund review committee and women workers committee are all formed by 3 members.
Next, the trade union will continue to perform various functions, earnestly carry out various activities, fully mobilize and give play to the enthusiasm of the employees, safeguard the legitimate interests of the employees, and build the trade union into a real Employees’ Home.
