The 1st training for shift leaders and commissioning chief engineers


At 9:30 of August 8, 2020, the opening ceremony of the 1st training for shift leaders and commissioning chief engineers of Huafeng Weiye Company was held at the International Exchange Center of Qingdao University. Ms. Dai Zengli, the vice president and chief engineer, Mr. Tian Maoxue, the manager of HR Center and deputy secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Mr. Ni Jiawei, the deputy chief engineer and the president of Huafeng Weiye Company, Mr. Sun Haitao, the vice president of HF Company, Mr. Li Xuesong, the vice president of HF Company, Mr. Li Biao, the management director and the manager of the Production Management Department, the managers in the head office and 60 trainees attended the ceremony. The ceremony was held by Mr. Jiang Qilong, the manager of HR Department of Huafeng Weiye Company.

On the ceremony, Ms. Dai, Mr. Tian, Mr. Ni and other leaders firstly distributed the teaching materials made by Huafeng Weiye Company to the trainees.

After that, Mr. Ni analyzed and explained the current situation and tasks facing the company’s development, the company’s responsibilities and missions entrusted by the fifth five-year strategy, the direction of the company’s team building and capacity improvement, and emphasized the importance and necessity of the training, put forward the requirements as self-impression, applying what they have learned to enhance the pertinence of learning, learning from each other and establishing a learning organization, continuous improving through learn-practice-summary method, striving to be the master and pursuing excellence to all the trainees.

Ms. Dai explained the spirit of the mid-year 2020 work conference of SEPCOIII and made the following requirements.

1.Seize this opportunity, fully share team’s or individual practical cases, explore experience and lessons, summarize management characteristics of different countries, exchange and learn from each other and improve together.

2.Study and implement the spirit of the mid-year work conference, deeply understand the company’s concepts and systems, optimize management methods based on project characteristics and improve production efficiency. Actively learn the advanced deeds and advanced persons that emerged during the epidemic of the Dubai Aluminum Plant Project, optimize, and improve the epidemic prevention and control system and measures combining with the international epidemic situation, and effectively carry out the epidemic prevention and control work.

3.Cultivate talents and teams while cultivating ourselves as the backbones. It is necessary to formulate plans, measures, and procedures to pass what gained from the training. share the learned professional knowledge and management methods on a larger scale to achieve greater training goals.

4. Change our concepts, give full play to our professional strength, and promote the advancement of various on-site work with a responsible attitude towards on-site commissioning and operation, and timely summarize and feedback experience and lessons to promote the optimization and improvement of the EPC links.

At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Jiang introduced the organization process of the training, the composition of trainees, the preparation of teaching materials, and the selection of lecturers, and announced the training course arrangements, learning disciplines, and epidemic prevention and control management requirements of the training. Mr. Liu Chonggang made a statement as the student representative.

Organizing the training for shift leaders and commissioning chief engineers is the benchmarking of Huafeng Weiye Company’s fifth five-year strategic plan combining with its own long-term development needs, in order to further improve the technical and management capabilities, build and implement the TNP-COM management mode, create the Huafeng Model by seizing the convenient time of the domestic personnel.

In order to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the training, Huafeng Weiye Company organized a capable force for nearly 8 months from training needs research, training goal determination, to course setting, materials preparation, and selection of lectures and trainees, to training effect evaluation, training completion certification and post connection. Most of the 60 trainees are O&M, commissioning and business backbones from overseas project and headquarters; the 47 training lecturers are mainly the internal business and technical backbones of the company; the 14 training materials, 3674 pages in total, with nearly 2.15 million words, were compiled by more than 70 professional backbones organized by Huafeng Weiye Company. The self-organization of the compilation of teaching materials is not only the combing, summarizing, and refining of various professional technical knowledge and experience accumulated by the company, but also a systematic training and improvement of the editors. All the compiled materials are the crystallization of the labor wisdom of all the editors, and it is a concentrated presentation of the "Huafeng Wisdom" formed by Huafeng Weiye Company after more than ten years of commissioning and O&M practice, which is also an asset of the company.

In the next 40 days, all the trainees will have a fully enclosed study in the International Exchange Center of Qingdao University to systematically and comprehensively learn the management of production, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhaul, safety and corporate culture and other professional knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, I&C, chemistry, electrical, performance testing, etc.
