Morocco Jerada O&M Project organizes a training activity
In order to further improve the project staff’s comprehensive quality and professional skills, strengthen their ability to adapt to the position, promote the overall improvement of the staff's skill level, and create a strong studying atmosphere, the Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized a post-training activity in accordance with the requirement of cultivating versatile talents of Huafeng Weiye Company, and held a kick-off meeting on August 16, 2019.
At the meeting, Mr. Li Qiusheng, the deputy secretary of the third Party branch, introduced the activity plan and the overall requirements, pointed out that the activity is a well-planned all-person training activity based on the company’s talents training requirement, combined with the project personnel training plan and guided by the activity of “Two Combinations, Two Promotions”, which required all members to attach great importance to and actively participate in the work of laying a foundation for the follow-up professional competition.
Mr. Chen Hengwei, the O&M project manager, emphasized that the training activity aims to further stimulate the enthusiasm of all staff to learn knowledge, practice skills and drill business, urge all staff to learn new knowledge, expand new skills, enrich professional practical experience, exercise operational skills, improve their ability of handling accidents. Everyone should make full use of this platform to learn from each other and exchange experiences, strengthen the promotion of advanced experience, promote the overall quality of the team, and strive to train a group of talents and leaders with technical and technical skills, compound skills and knowledge, in order to provide a strong talent guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
According to the activity plan, the training activity involves all the O&M professionals combining with job description, theoretical knowledge and practical training and with rich content and various forms. The training activity has two major characteristics: First, the a wide-range participation, full participation in production positions; Second, the actual competitive activities, the assessment content closely follows the actual position, including Safety Regulations, operating procedures, system drawings and practical skills such as troubleshooting. Next, the project will carry out the works in accordance with the activity plan, and strive to ensure the effectiveness of the activity.
