Huafeng Weiye Company SA Zawar O&M Project Convenes Staff Meeting

　　On 2nd, October, 2014, Huafeng Weiye Company Saudi Arabia Zawar O&M Project convened a staff meeting in the project’s meeting room, and Mr. Zou Zhiyong, the new Project Manager, took the chair.

　　During the meeting, Mr. Zou explained the working spirit of ‘working hard, living happy’, shared his experience about turbine power plant management, and gave credit to the preliminary work and the staff’s working spirits of the project. He encouraged the staff in the O&M project both to work harder to make contribution to our company and to live happy to relieve the pressure from work and life. He also told the staff to build team spirit.

　　After that, combining with his own working experience, Mr. Zou put forward two requirements about the following work. Firstly, the employees should make more choices for the leader rather than just ask for answers to the leader. Secondly, the employees could complain but not report bypass the immediate leadership; and the leader could ask but not command bypass the immediate leadership.

　　In the end, Mr. Zou gave credit to that the project’s preliminary work won recognition from both the headoffice and the EPC project, and he also hoped that the staff could work harder to direct the future project operation and talent cultivation.
