Huafeng Weiye Company Successfully Finishes the Performance Test Technical Service for Indonesia NTT Project #1 Unit

　　At 4:30 of October 20th, 2014, the performance test of Indonesia NTT Project #1 supported by Huafeng Weiye Company achieved great success with the joint effort of all staff in the project.

　　The designed boilers in Indonesia TNN Project are 75T/H CFB boilers in steel-frame structure and outdoor arranged. The steam turbines are sub-high-temperature and sub-high-pressure sets made by Nanjing Turbine & Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., and its rated power is 16.5MW. China CEN Power Energy Co., Ltd. took over the performance test task of the project, and Huafeng Weiye Company provided technical guidance and support for it.

　　The performance test includes maximum continues rating of boiler, boiler efficiency, heat rate of steam turbine, steam turbine high pressure heater cutoff test, electric precipitation particulate emission concentration and electric precipitation efficiency, NOx emission concentration, sulphur dioxide emission concentration, etc. In order to make sure the test could be carried out steadily, on September 22nd, under the technical guidance of the engineers from Huafeng Weiye Company, the staff in the project carried out series of test including boiler efficiency of #1, electric precipitation efficiency, emission concentration preliminary test and side #1 full load in 2 hours preliminary test as per the test standards, achieved great success, and won recognition from both the owner and the local acceptance department.

　　According to the requirements from the acceptance department of Indonesia State Grid Company, at 9:45 of October 19th, 2014, the test for #1 was started. With the guidance and support of the engineers from Huafeng Weiye Company, the commissioning staff continually worked 18 hours and overcame all difficulties, finally finished all performance tests at 4:30 of 20th, October, which means the performance tests of the two units were all finished. During this period, the superb technique, professional level and fine style of work of the engineers from Huafeng Weiye Company won great recognition from the EPC contractor, the owner and the local acceptance department.
