Huafeng Weiye Company Yichun Project Achieves Success on First Grid Synchronization of Steam Turbine

At 00:48 of November 14th, 2014, the steam turbine in the commissioning project taken by Huafeng Weiye Company for Yichun Waste-Fired Power Generation Project completed its first grid synchronization and full load operation on boiler, and the power of generator achieved above 6MW.

　　This commissioning project is the first domestic waste-fired generation project operated by Huafeng Weiye Company with Beijing China Sciences General Energy & Environment Co., Ltd. which has one 12MW steam turbine generator and one single barreled, diaphragm walled and natural circulating CFB boiler produced by Wuxing Taihu Boiler Co., Ltd.

　　The commissioning staff of Huafeng Weiye Company arrived at Yichun on November 10th, and then finished a series of tests including electrical on-load test, boiler flow air test, fan interlock test, steam turbine high pressure heater interlock test, feed water pump interlock test, unit interlock protection commissioning test, steam turbine fist start-up overspeed protection test, etc. under the circumstances of tight work period and large work load. And the commissioning staff cooperated with the owner, erection department, steam turbine factory, and supervision department and worked really hardly. Before doing the grid synchronization, Mr. Wang Feng and Mr. Zhang Jianjun, the leaders of the team, guided the team and promoted the success of safe and effective grid synchronization. Finally, the effort of the commissioning staff won recognition from the leaders of Beijing China Sciences General Energy & Environment Co., Ltd. and built firm foundation for the following cooperation between the two companies.
