SA Zawar O&M Project Certificates First Group of Integrated Operators

　　On July 13th, 2016, Huafeng Weiye Company SA Zawar O&M Project certificated Mr. Li Wei, Mr. Ma Liang and Mr. Song Yuejun as integrated operators.

　　At the certificating meeting, Mr. Liu Zonggen, Manager of Operation Department, congratulated the operators and required them to play model roles, help to train the other operators and support the integrated operators training work for the project.

　　“Integrated Operators” is the training measures taken by SA Zawar O&M Project responding to the company’s requirement of training integrated talents. At the beginning of 2015, in order to meet the requirement of company’s commissioning and O&M businesses development, the company made the talent training strategy as to train integrated talents. In order to respond to the strategy, build one professional and integrated O&M team, improve the core competence of the team, SA Zawar O&M Project launched the integrated operators training plan and started rotating training for the operators.

　　In order to better carry out the integrated operators training work, the Operation Department of the project made and modified <Operation Department Integrated Operators Training Plan>. On the prerequisite of insuring units’ safe operation, the project used methods of on-duty training, rotating training and duty-changing training and created great learning atmosphere. The trainees included all the operators; the rotating training period was three months; the leaders and the Operation Department tested and assessed the trainees periodically. Besides, in order to implement the training plan, the Operation Department formulated different training methods for different operators and modified post coefficient and promotion rule to motivate the operators.

　　Certificating the three integrated operators means that SA Zawar O&M Project has achieved phased objectives on integrated operators training work. Next, the project will further promote the integrated operators training work and optimize the talent training plan in order to store more talents for the company’s O&M business long-term development.
